The Canadian government introduced Bill C-8 that impacts industrial organizations.

I created a brochure that visuallly summarizes what it is, who it affects, and how it will affect various organizations such as financial institutions, telecommunications providers, energy infrastructure and transportation services.

CTA: Contact OTSEC and receive Readiness Assessments, audit and risk advisory services. This also includes supply chain cybersecurity strategies tailored for critical infrastructure.

– Stronger title page: Used red Informatica colours without overwhelming the page.
– Moved the 6 categories to the 2nd page in a single column.
– High text vs. background contrast maintained.
– Copywriting: Highlighted ‘trust’ more all throughout the pages ex. “Building trust & resilience” and “Your trusted partner in cybersecurity”
– Stronger grid system: Keep placements consistent.

Painpoints
– Accessibility issues: This brochure is dense and text heavy.
– Text & Colour: The text competes against the busy background, making it hard to read. Turn long paragraphs into shorter descriptions with icons. Break content up into clear digestible sections.
– Copywriting: Keep the language direct and simple where possible without using too much industry jargon.
– Inconsistent layouts in some areas.
– Clashing colours need to be more cohesive in presentation.
